This service is ideal for first-time clients, seasonal refresh, or before transitioning to a recurring maintenance plan.  our goal is to leave your home or business spotless, sanitized and renewed.

A maintenance clean is a routine cleaning service designed to keep your space consistently fresh, tidy and well cared for.  It focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and order established during a deep clean by addressing high-traffic areas and frequently used surfaces.

During this clean we perform detailed dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, Mopping, and general upkeep throughout the home or business.  This helps to preserve the appearance while ensuring its readiness for everyday living and welcoming guests and clients.

Ideal for recurring clients.

Available for an additional fee and may be added to any maintenance or deep cleaning service

• Bed Making: Clean linens placed on a stripped bed before the arrival of our cleaning technicians
• $25 Pet Fee Cost: This fee covers the professional cleaning and sanitizing of equipment used in the home to ensure no allergens, pet hair, or dander are carried to other clients.

The following services are not included in our maintenance or deep cleaning packages:

• Washing or loading dishes
• Laundry (stripping, washing, drying or folding)
• Exterior Cleaning or Landscaping
• Pet Cleanup (including litter boxes, puppy pads, or accidents)

These tasks fall outside our standard cleaning scope to ensure we maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency.
